Zhang Yifan

——Chairlady and Executive Director——

Ms. Zhang Yifan, joined the Company in November 2014 as an executive Director. She was further appointed as Chairlady of the Company on 23rd June 2016. She is also a director of various subsidiaries of the Company. Ms. Zhang had completed a diploma in International Business from Shanghai Ocean University. She is also the chairlady of nomination committee and a member of remuneration committee of the Company.
