Mr. Law Wai Fai, joined the Company in June 2013. Mr. Law has extensive professional experience in financial management, investor relations, company secretarial and corporate governance, in particular over 20 years of accounting and company secretarial experience at listed companies in Hong Kong. He holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from the City University of Hong Kong. He is also a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
